I can't think of a way to get the contacts back unless you took a seperate backup somewhere.

When you restore contacts from a previous backup it asks if you want to replace all other contacts, it looks like you have replaced all your contacts with the backup.

In short, you have lost your contacts.

Hello Khalideema

A warm welcome to the eForum and sorry for the delay, these are busy times indeed, smile.gif

Once your device (Blackberry) has been restored it backs itself up to a previous backup file, i.e your previous blackberry is 'cloned' over to the new one. There wouldn't be any way to recover un-backed up contact recently entered on the new device sad.gif

The only other possibility would be if your device synced its contacts before performing the restore, in which case your new contacts may have synced to your default contacts programme i.e. Microsoft Outlook, (look in your Outlook Contacts to check).

Thanks
