First I have to say I am really impressed with the new silver H1 I have. Looks like it will become my favourite phone of all time.
Only 1 niggle so far as in how do you clear all call lists and all messages. So far it looks as though you need to delete each item individually. This is my 1st Samsung phone so maybe its just unfamiliarity with the menus. Please help. |

Hello Gaz and welcome to the eForum
We're still looking at producing a quick guide on how to do this, as you've already guessed it's not the usual Samsung or phone interface. As soon as we've identified a way to do this we'll update the thread. In the meantime I would advise keeping yourself updated via the H1Help page on the Vodafone website. Thanks Reidar eForum Tam -------------------- |

was looking for advice on this too. Only thing annoying me about the phone so far is the message display, dont like the whole threaded idea with sent items and drafts saved in the one convo etc.
Hope I'm able to delete all messages at the one time soon! |

have now discovered that when in the message inbox area where the messages are stored in the form of conversations if you tap and hold for a few seconds on persons name a box appears with options and you can choose to bin that whole conversation but still leaves a thread trace on timeline screen.
Delete should mean delete. hopefully 1st software update will give us the option to delete all messages. |
