my friend tried to unlock his samsung handset and was told it would take about 16 days ,but for other phones, usually only takes 72 hours why so long for samsung

The wait times for NUC (Network Unlock Code's) vary between manufacture’s. This is something we request from the manufacture and we have no control over the amount of time the customer must wait for the code. We wouldn't be aware why this takes longer depending on the different manufacture as this type of information isn’t something they would supply us with.
