Hi, I recently broke my SIM card and have had it replaced. On the phone to vodaphone they said the SIM would come ready to use yet when I insert it into my phone it keeps saying "SIM card registration failed".

Anyone help would be greatly received.

Thank you.

Hi Shakera_R

It sounds like the SIM that you have been issued with hasn't been registered before we have sent it out.

If you would like we can send you an email with some details that you need to fill in so we can gain access to your account so we can register the SIM for you?

However if you're looking for this to be done faster call 191 or 08700 700 191 who will register this for you within a minute biggrin.gif

If you do require the email drop us a shout and we'll get one issued for you.

Thanks
Matthew
