Hi Lucywelham
Welcome to the forum, you're part of the family now We currently need the full postcode to check the signal in your area but what I have done is checked the postcode you have registered with the forum and there doesn't seem to be any problems in your area. However the postcode I have checked is e16 not e13 if you would like us to check the e13 postcode for you could you please list the whole postcode for us to check and we'll be in touch Thanks Matthew eForum Team -------------------- <b>Looking for a quick answer? Hi lucywelham,
I have checked the postcode and I can confirm that there is a fault that the engineers are aware of on site 6114, we will endevour to get this site up and running again as soon as possible. In the meantime there are a number of 3G cells in the area which are still operational so you may find you will be able to pick up a signal intermitantly. Be assured our engineers will be working as quick as possible to get the fault rectified. Thanks David eForum Team -------------------- |
