I have 3 questions if anybody can help me?
1. Does anybody know how to download new widgets on the samsung tocco ultra? Everytime i try it says download failed...any ideas why? Even the ones i do have dont work such as the accuweather widget. Is it something wrong with the phone or Vodafone?? 2. I cannot set up to receive emails from hotmail on my mobile. I have researched the settings but when i click download it says no response? 3. Also can anyone explain to me that if Vodafone find and go doesnt work on the Tocco Ultra why is it on the phone in the first place?? All applications on this phone appear not to work and is very annoying!!!! |

Find and Go works fine on my tocco ultra, used it a fair few times...... |

All of the problems you describe sound like they may be due to incorrect connection settings for Internet Access on your phone. Hey Katie85,
Are you talking about the widgets not connecting to the internet, ? Can you try to remove them and re-add them? To do this, simply in Menu mode, touch Settings > Display and light > Widget. If this doesn't work, it's possible that you've scrubbed out your Contract Internet settings. To reset them, use the below guide: 1. From the main display Tap the Menu tab. 2. Tap on Settings 3. Tap the Network Settings 4. Tap on Connections 5. Tap on Create 6. Tap Set name and name e.g. Vodafone Internet 7. Tap Access name and enter: for Pay monthly customers: internet for Pay as you talk customers: pp.vodafone.co.uk 8. Tap Auth type and set to Normal 9. Tap User Id and enter web 10. Tap Password and enter web 11. Tap Protocol and set to HTTP 12. Tap Save If I've got the wrong idea of what's happening, please explain with as much detail as possible!
