Meet the Tech Team

[ Edited ]

Hello

Welcome to the eForum. We're dedicated to providing great customer service as well as honest, quick and effective support to Vodafone customers and other mobile users.

We love being a part of the brilliant community on the eForum, where we're joined by some of the most incredibly helpful people on the web.

We also offer our help and support on websites where you might not normally expect to find an official company representative including Facebook, Twitter, personal blogs and lots of forums across the web.

We're a relatively small team, which means that wherever you seek help from us you're guaranteed a personalised and friendly approach, from a familiar name. The team has a huge variety of experience within Vodafone, and so you can be sure that all the support you get is of the highest standard, whether your query relates to sales, account help or technical assistance.

We're happy to help out any customer of any network as well, due to our extensive experience with handsets and mobile services. Where we spot someone with a particular challenge, we'll intervene - but don't worry, we'll always say who we are and why we're offering to help.

The eForum Team are now the face of Tech Team on our forum. For more information about Tech Team, take a look at our introductory video and for more information about each team member, see our profile posts below.

Favourite phone ever: Nokia N95 8GB

About me:

I’m a reasonably chilled person who tries not to take life too seriously. I continually wish for more hours in the day as I never seem to have enough!! What spare time I do have is spent either playing World Of Warcraft or assisting with the administration of the local branch of The Lifeboats.

Background within Vodafone:

Joined Vodafone in October 2007, worked in Customer Care for 20 months and then joined the eForum in June 2009.

Where you'll find me:

I'll be either on the forum, or assisting our Twitter users
