Meet the Team

[ Edited ]

Hello

Welcome to the eForum. We're dedicated to providing great customer service as well as honest, quick and effective support to Vodafone customers and other mobile users.

We love being a part of the brilliant community on the eForum, where we're joined by some of the most incredibly helpful people on the web.

We also offer our help and support on websites where you might not normally expect to find an official company representative including Facebook, Twitter, personal blogs and lots of forums across the web.

We're a relatively small team, which means that wherever you seek help from us you're guaranteed a personalised and friendly approach, from a familiar name. The team has a huge variety of experience within Vodafone, and so you can be sure that all the support you get is of the highest standard, whether your query relates to sales, account help or technical assistance.

We're happy to help out any customer of any network as well, due to our extensive experience with handsets and mobile services. Where we spot someone with a particular challenge, we'll intervene - but don't worry, we'll always say who we are and why we're offering to help.

For more information about each team member, see our profile posts below.

Birthday:  29th April

Home Town:  Stoke

Music: I tend to listen to rock and heavy metal, Avenged Sevenfold, Trivium, AC/DC, Guns 'n' Roses, Five Finger Death Punch, just not your average Radio listening.

Books:  To be honest I don't read unless I am abroad, by a pool with a cold beverage, but if I did it would be an autobiography, like Gerrard, Lemmy or similar.

Movies:  Like all the super hero movies, enjoy a good horror and tend to stick with action films, don't make them like Rambo anymore.

Television:  I enjoy watching series' like Dexter, Sons of Anarchy, but being a former chef, I enjoy Masterchef and Hells' Kitchen too.

Sport: Football, Darts and the odd Rugby Match

Hobbies:  I enjoy playing on my Xbox although that's if the better half allows, I run a darts team and you can often find me and Phil Wilson at gigs.

Pets Tropical Fish

Favourite phone ever:  iPhone 4

About me:

A rather varied background, I trained as a chef, but after doing that for a number of years I followed in my families footsteps and trained as a Marine Engineer in the Merchant Navy, being away from home for long periods took it's toll and I came back to sunny Stoke ready to join the best company. I love watching the darts, playing football and going to gigs.

I think if people were to describe me they would say was extremely laid back, a clown of the class and reliable.

Background within Vodafone:

Joined the Big Red in January 2007 as a Sales Advisor and since then, I've held many roles within that department from managing teams, training and coaching to Reward and Recognition. I had a taste of the eForum team last year and felt at home working with the best experts in their field and so I came back.
