Hi @Graham99
Its sounds very much like a Motherboard issue.
You should have a 24 months warranty on the phone, take the phone into a Vodafone store or contact Samsung for help and advise on arranging a repair.

Hi @Graham99
I would suggest trying a hard reset which is achieved by certain button presses.
If this works think about deleting your most recent app downloads as this may be the rogue.
The manufacturers warranty wouldn't cover any issues resulting from a drop or water damage.
I would suggest speaking with Samsung Uk Support and or look to see if there is a Samsung Service Location near you.

It's worth trying the hard reset suggested by Lee. It would be part of any repair process, so you wouldn't have lost anything (as long as you have backups of your content...)
