Hi,
Look in your Facebook app settings.
It could be a restriction that's applied in there.
Do you get a strong enough speed to watch videos ?

Hi there
This isn't an issue with your phone, it is down to the settings in the Facebook app itself.
Go into the settings by pressing the 3 parallel lines at the top right of the app. Scroll down and select App Settings. Then select Auto-Play videos. In there you have various options including the option to auto play on both WiFi and mobile data. Select this option.

Can I ask again > What are your 3G speeds.
Perhaps use Ooka Speedtest.net to check.

If everything else is working okay, it's likely that the issue is specific to those particular apps. When you uninstalled Facebook, did you clear the application cache and data first?
Also, when did you notice that this happened, has it been since the latest Facebook update a few days ago? It may be worth checking to see if there are any newer updates since you last updated.
