Fixed Dialed Numbers - Set Up?

I am trying to set up fixed dialed numbers (FDN) on my Samsung S7 Edge but the option is greyed out, how do I change this?

@Chunky1234 - I’ve just checked the setting on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and this also has the FDN option greyed out.

I’ve emailed a contact to find out if this is a restricted service and will let you know as soon as I have more information.

@Chunky1234 – I’ve received an update today regarding this.

The FDN feature requires a specific SIM type, which is only available on a Corporate account.

This isn’t something that can be activated or used on a consumer Pay monthly account I’m afraid.

We’ve requested that our support pages are updated to reflect this, so we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
