Hi, just wondering if anyone with a S7 or S7 Edge has received the Google Assistant update yet?

When I had the s7 edge I changed it's language to US and the assistant updated.

Then launched it. 

Then changed the language of the pho e back to UK English and the assistant remajned.

And is it worth installing?

And is there any noticeable difference to your battery life.?

I got the Google Assistant automatically on my S7 Edge a few weeks ago.

 

Havent noticed any battery drain and i use it quiet often for searching for things

Haven't noticed any battery drain and I find it alot easier to use than google now. Well worth using the trick to get it, it worked on my wife's S6 as well.
