Has anyone managed to return a Note 7?

Initially Vodafone sent me the royal mail return pack which was declined at the post office and I've been waiting over a week for a dpd return pack now which I was told would arrive last week. Surprise surprise, no sign of it! Really ##~## off with Vodafone and their customer service, soon as I get this returned and get a refund I'm done with this network! Has anyone had any joy returning the note 7 and getting a refund?

however, i have already had the private message previously, and completed the form as requested to which i had a reply along with a reference and a message saying someone would ring me in 72 hours.

 

Guess what - no call.

 

I have spent far to long trying to sort this out now so could you private message me on how to submit a claim for my expenses on the time i have wasted on this.

Sorry Meg, i am not completing any more forms.i have spent enough time on this, so i will keep the phone for now.  i have, as requested completed the form previously. I had this reply:

 

So that we can get this resolved for you, I've arranged for a call to be made from our specialist team that are dealing with Note 7 queries.

They'll be in touch within the next 72 hours.

 

that was last week, i guess the specialist team are still being recruited.

I have returned my note 7 was received on Friday so waiting on my account being cancelled and getting full refund

No point in me sending you any mail because every single time i ring or get a link to 191 i get nowhere. I've given up now and can't be arsed dealing with you anymore.
