when you tick the boxes when trying for a code. And the last one says you must of had 3 bills, Does it count if you upgraded,or does it start again when you start your new contract

I believe it's 3 bills paid on time from your upgrade date as an upgrade resets everything to start for a new contract term. 

 

Have you completed the unlocking form yet. You'll soon know if it is as you'll recieve an email from Vodafone.

No, I wanted to be sure first as you are only allowed 3 attempts.
So I thought I would ask first and as you have said it would of been rejected.
I have only had one bill on my upgrade 😭

If a person requested too many times Vodafone can think it's fraud.
