Hi. On Saturday 14 January I made a contract with vodafone, 2 samsung galaxy s7 plus the rate, the price was 21.20 each for 6 months and then 42.40 each, plus 10 pounds of initial payment. I received an email where they told me that they had received my order but had not yet accepted it, that they would keep me informed. I have looked at my bank account and I have discounted the 20 pounds but has not advanced my order. I need help

Hi

 

The money is possibly just on hold in your bank account and not actually been taken at this point. Your Banks Customer service would be able to clarify. 

 

If your not accepted the funds would drop back into your bank account available funds. 

 

When a new contract us applied for then Vodafone will perform Credit Checks before accepting.

They should be in touch soon so please keep an eye on email in boxes including any spam style email in boxes. 

 

If you do not hear back in a few days then you could try contacting Vodafone.
