No ADVANCED option in Galaxy S6 'More' drop down menu

I have problems with intermittent Wi-Fi on my S6. All the forums I have visited have mentioned changing settings in the ADVANCED menu, but this is missing from my phone. I have a company S5 and it is on this one and I have no problem with Wi-Fi. I have tried many things offered, but nothing works. The 3 or 4 other posts I have found stating the same problem have no resolution. Please help.S6 Wi-Fi Menu

Hi,

 

Was the phone supplied by Vodafone?

 

I'm thinking if it was and is branded then the firmware they release for that phone model may have this option omitted. 

 

Hopefully a member with that model of phone and supplied by Vodafone replies after checking theirs.

The best suggestion to get this looked into and resolved is to take it into one of our stores so one of our agents can take a look at the device and assess it directly from there.

Yes it was supplied by Vodafone late last year.

A good idea to take it to the shop.

Please be aware of it is firmware based they won't be able to add the feature.
