Hi @2100diane

I would first question as to where the message has come from.

What at ignites my concern is that is asking you do download something to get rid of it. Possibly a paid for App.

If you disregard the pop up and use your phone then what's "heavily damaged " ie What's not working ?

This maybe a red herring.

Edit : If you google 'Four Virus on Samsung phone' the return hits talk about scare tactics and clearing your caches and cookies.

Hi @2100diane

If you use Google, you will see that this is fake spam designed to make you panic and a scam to make you download an application which is unnecessary and may be potentially harmful to your phone.

Disregard the message and use your phone as normal.

Hi. Have you downloaded any apps recently? It could be linked to that if you have.

I sometimes get messages like that from web pages too and immediately navigate away from the page, just make sure you don't click on any links.
