Samsung S7 - Black screen / message light flashing... how to get photos etc?

Hi,

I have an S7 which was working fine until a week ago. I put it on to charge and when I went back to it, it had a black screen. The message/charging light works and the lower lights work but nothing from the screen at all.

I have tried various ways to get my photos etc but no joy.

** Tried connecting to my laptop. The laptop recognises that an S7 is connected.

** Unlocked using Find My Phone and then went into Kies. Kies says it is still locked.

Is there any other way to recover my photos etc? I had taken everything else off around a month ago but sadly the most important photos are from about two days before it broke.

I agree but I had confidence in my information because I had used several Back Up options if my phone was wiped or failed in some other way. 

Would you update your thread to let us know what had happened with the phone and its remedy. This type of information can then go onto help someone else who performs a search.
