my Samsung galaxy s4 has been locked

iam useing Samsung galaxy s4.

it locked when i swap sim.

i reinsert the old sim.

i dnt remember my pin i clicked on forgot pin then i got email with the link to reset pin but in that link i have to insert the number which belongs to u.k starts with +44 . and i live in pakistan and my number starts with +92

my registerd number with vodafone protect | powerd by mcafee is (personal number removed for securuty)

plz suggest me what to do.

Did you buy the phone and SIM directly from Vodafone UK?

Vodafone UK customer services could provide support for UK equipment and mobile numbers however they wouldn't have access to overseas numbers.

If you need to unlock the number beginning +92 you'd need to go to your local provider.
