Hi Guys and Girls

Just wondering if anyone has had a delivery for the 64GB iPad yet that has come FROM Vodafone. 

Believe this is the one that they are struggling with at the moment but nobody in the various customer service departments know what is going on, they dont even know when there batch of shipments are due to come in.

I've ordered on 26th March and to date I've been given abotu 10 different dates ranging from next day to 3 to 4 weeks.

I'm so unhappy wiht the inconsistency of the messages from the various teams I've complained to Guy Laurance. Lets see if that helps...

Hi All,

I ordered a white 64GB WIFI/3G on 25th (see lots of other posts on here) but have still to receive.

I did speak to a lady on the 0844 number last night who told me infact my order was put on the system on Monday 28th (weekend and credit checks). She also informed me that she has recently dispatched 64Gb that were ordered on 27th and so mine should be in the next batch arriving with me by Wednesday or Thursday next week. Not holding my breath although would be nice.

Also had a call today from VF call centre (first correspondence for a while) to say there is still a delay with my order (no ###### sherlock!) but she expects delivery within the next seven working days. Again, will see. She also said if i was not happy with that i could cancel my order. Standard response i suppose but not an option as waitied this long already. I told her that i was less than impressed with the service and communication received but was sympathetic to the issue that i am one from many in the same position.

Fingers crossed to us all.

I ordered my White 64GB on the 27th March and had the usual Credit Check e-mails and then the out of stock one. I've not heard anything this week but thought i might have got a call as its Day 10. Let's hope that I'm not too far behind you then if they are getting some in next week......*if* being the word I think. Fingers crossed here

Can someone please let me know if they got a delivery for the 64GB +3G model ? If so how long did it take, they wrote that we should get our orders 2 weeks after we ordered it, this was posted by an Admin, but i really don’t believe that.

I received an e-mail from vodafone today to yell me to check stock in local stores if I am unhappy about waiting this long, I ordered 64gb black on 26th. Apparently the store allocation was arriving today and this was different to the online orders. In my head this means that someone can walk into a store today to pick up an iPad even though there are a lot if us waiting 2 weeks after ordering and still no updated!!! Vodafone need to get their priorities right, sort out all existing orders in chronological order to satisfy us. Like all of you in here, I've had no updates And chased vodafone myself and have been told something different each time. I cannot understand how vodafone feel that sending stock to stores for new customers is ok when they still have a lot of unsatisfied customers waiting 2 weeks for their iPads. I suggest everyone asks to complain via 191. I'm waiting for a call back from complaints and will update if I know more then!

I called them up again today and the chap I talked to asked the order tracking dept where my ipad was (64GB) and when he came back he said that I should received it before the 20th of April, well between tomorrow and next Wednesday.

Seeing it come through the door is when I will say thanks Vodafone but not until then.

Is there a batch coming in to Vodafone? and he did say I was high up the list of waiting customers so I can only keep fingers crossed.

Realist and others, seems like we might be getting somewhere..!!

If its any consolation, and like i have said in many other posts, i phoned the 0844 number AGAIN today and after getting the standard answer "they are still on back order" i asked to be put forward to the warehouse. After being on hold for 20+ minutes I spoke to a very polite young lady who took my reference number and looked into my specific order for me. Here is what she said:

They have not received any 64GB models into stock yet (explain why this is still the main issue) but they are expecting their first delivery this week (day unknown but thats fine). She assured me that if at worse case scenario they come in on Friday, it should be available for me to collect (from my local store through choice) on Monday next week.

Now i appreciate she is a very small cog in a big wheel, but that is the first time anyone has told me that they have not received any 64GB models and more importantly when they are expected.

Its a shame that some threads are not being responded to like she has to me today.

I was told the same, probably from the same women who you spoke to.  however I read on this forum someone else spoke to the warehouse and was told similar things and then let down again by Vodfaone

I also complained so much today that the person on 191 admitted it was vodafone's fault and have re-imbursed me 50% off my next bill.  a minor result, shame I would have been happy getting my iPad 2 today rather than the discount.

Well I've attacked this from several different angles over the week, and i'm awaiting a reply from the CEO, however I have now been told twice that the 64gb are coming into stock this week and if that happens as planned, then I should be getting mine on Monday as I've now found out I'm in the first allocation...

I ordered my 64GB White iPad2 on Sunday 27th March and still waiting.

Disappointed to the point I'm not that bothered anymore. Plus, a month old Apple product is Old Technology.

I'm going to give it until Monday as people are suggesting stock is arriving Friday.

25th March (28th if allow for weekend) and STILL waiting!! Good luck to our friend who ordered 9 days ago and now has but it does frustrate me when I and others have been waiting 2.5 weeks. I have been told again delivery to online warehouse next few working days. Like our friend above, am slowly losing the will to live. Watch this space for updates ;-)

Did u order online, instore or via telephone? Apparently 3 different warehouses, and all different stock. Not right and I trust this is the point our friend is making. No mod comment I suppose to answer our queries???

Still no sign of anything or any confirmed delivery date. One update is next week then another update is 2 weeks, then we don't know, so gave up this morning and cancelled my order Luckily Currys have the 64GB 3G White ones in stock as of 11am
