Hi,

Bought an Iphone4S from the Carphone Warehouse with Vodafone as the operator. I signed up for an account online and am trying to set everything up but it wants the details in the subject header. I havnt been given these. I tried texting the 97886 number with my Postcode as i saw this in another thread but it failed to work (not elligible). Could i get some help please?

Your best calling 191 from your mobile, that will get you through to customer service who will be able to give you your account number.

Alternativly it may be printed on some of the paperwould you should have received from CPW.
