As we will need access to your account to do this we will need your account details, to pass these over to us safely and securely, pop over to our contact us form, fill in the details, include a link to your post in the main body of text and use the subject line " EFT165 your eForum query"
By doing this it will make sure that your email is sent to the eForum Team directly, which will allow us to get everything sorted for you.

Thanks for trying the text method, I do know it works for some but not for others.
I have just sent you an email, if you can reply back to that with the relevant information, we can then get you your account number.

I have also tried texting account + postcode to 97886 and received the message that I wasn't eligible to upgrade.
So, could you please send me an email too - as I am having problems completing my registration.

I text that number with my postcode it just tells me: "Sorry, you're not eligible to upgrade your Vodafone account online at the moment, please check back soon..."
But I keep getting asked for my account number!! Please help!
