I have the same problem, trying to transfer my son's PAYG number to his new monthly SIM (in my name), online form requires a Vodafone account number which I don't have. Texting to 97886 reults in "not eligible for up grade" unable to get through to customer services. Very frustrating!

hello, I am experiencing the same problem as a lot of people that when i send account and my postcode to the number it replys saying I'm not eligable for an upgrade, could I be sent the e-mail requiring details to acces my pin too please ?
