when did you get the phone? if its within 7 days... do a "return order" if its outside 7 you're within contract and will have to pay ETF to cancel account.. and lastly if youre outside commitment you can do a cancellation on the contact us section of Voda website.....

To cancel an order you should contact the original point of sale. Did you order over-the-phone or online? You can call 191 free from your mobile to speak to Customer Services if this is urgent, and they will be able to point you in the right direction
