Hi,

I have been reading some of the posts on here as I am receiving my upgrade iphone in about an hour. I sent a text to vodafone to ask what bt open zone data allowance is included in my price plan and this is the reply I got.

Hi Gill, all of our iPhone packages include 2GB of BT OpenZone WiFi

Now I am a little confused because I have seen 1GB of Bt Open Zone mentioned in a few of the posts. Can anyone clarify this please.

One other thing, I have just received a nearly new iphone 3GS, could you tell me if the warranty is the same for this as for a new iphone. IF so, what is the warranty and does VF take over after the apple warranty runs out?

To answer your query we do provide 12 months manufacturers warranty from when you receive the device, however we do not provide the warranty after this but instead you can purchase the Apple Care.
