Hi everyone,

I appreciate that the answer to this may be dreadfully obvious but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

I have an iPad2 purchased about 3 months ago from Vodafone with a 2 year data contract.

I'm considering purchasing the new Ipad directly from Apple.

Will transition be as simple as popping the Vodafone microsim out of my Ipad 2, inserting it into the new unit, and away I go?

Can I safely assume the microsim is not restricted in any way as to the "host" in which it can be used?
