Can I use personal hotspot on data test drive?

Hi, 

I have an iphone 4 and I'm on this data test drive. I've been using my phone as a personal hotspot as it states unlimited data usage. The last thing I can find about this matter is on this forum in 2012 saying you won't get charged extra on this test drive. Just wanted to confirm that this is correct?
