Change contract

Hey, I was wondering about changing my contract earlier. I've had this one since October 2013 and can upgrade this year from Spetember, but I was wondering what it would cost to swap my iPhone 5c 16GB to a iPhone 6 plus 16GB within the next couple of months instead of September and what I would have to do?
