I ordered the 16gb version now starting to regret it and want either the 32 or 64, I rung 191 fridaybut as usual they didn't want to know and said they would ring back Monday and my local store which has kept me with Vodafone was terrible think all the staff must have been moved What i want to knoW is can a member of the web team help get my order changed (lost all faith with 191) and what is the deal with the 7day returns? Does it have to be sealed and back to Vodafone within 7days? Thanks

The order cannot be changed once it is in the system, as soon as you have the phone, return it within the 7 working day return period.

Your order will then be cancelled and you can reorder with the version you would prefer.
