Connection Issues

Hi, I have an Ipad 2 3G 32Gig & i am having issues connecting over 3G. I have 3 bars on the signal strength & all i get is not connected to network warnings. This only started today & has been working perfectly for the last month or so since I got the Ipad. I have an iphone as well that is having no issue connecting to the network at all. :smileysad:

Any ideas?

Thanks

Re: Connection Issues

Planned maintenance, or simply a temporary network issue?

I've moved one of my phones from Vodafone because of poor 3G coverage and problems. One account left in Feb to cancel/move

Re: Connection Issues

Im guessing it was a temp issue as it seems to be ok now. Just odd that my iPhone was fine :smileysad:

Hi del19_82,

I'm pleased everything is working ok for you now! It's entirely possible your iPad would receive a different strength of signal to your iPhone, as all radio devices receive signal in different ways.

In the future, if you have any similar issues, please go through our Vodafone Network problem thread first to check the basics, so we can look into it in more depth.

Thanks!

Tom
