Contract renewal

My 12 month contract ends in March. I came t Vodafone from t- mobile, on a 12 month contract . Including a data traveller allowance ( which is essential). It is also essential I have an iPhone. I've emailed asking what my options are and just keep getting redirected to the iphone4S pages. I'm happy to keep my current iphone4 , I'm happy to keep my current plan - yet despite asking what ALL my options are - I just keep being referred to the iphone4S page, which ends up costing me £159 for the handset plus another £1 per month in addition to the £50 per month I currently pay - for the same allowance I currently have!! All I want is someone to email me with a full list of my options! Please someone help!!

The iPhone 4s packages are fairly standard, with same prices for new/upgrading customers - 12 month plans make a big difference to handset and monthly cost....get on twitter and message the online upgrade guys @vodafoneukdeals

Thanks for the reply. Have already tweeted @ vodafoneUKDeals. It is their reply that directs me to the iphone4S pages. That is all that is currently being offered to me. :-( even though I've said I'm happy to keep my existing iPhone and want the same plan :-(. I've had no explanation regarding if I do upgrade to iphone4S do I use the same sim card? If I choose to stay with iphone4 is my contract just renewed on the same basis for a further 12 months? Is there a sim only contract suitable for me using iphone4.?. In this day and age where service providers are fighting to keep customers I would have thought that when I ask for ALL of my options I would get more than being directed to an iphone4S page!!

Ok, so I'll try to answer some of those Q's...

 

When u hit your 12 months  -

 

if you do nothing, you just go onto a rolling 30 days on your existing plan i.e. you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice (or upgrade at a later date)

 

if u upgrade to a new phone you commit to a new 12/18/24 month agreement (existing sim/number)

 

u can also move onto a "Sim only plan" i.e you can commit to up to 12 months at a reduced rate with your existing phone Link to Sim Only details

So I popped into my local vodaphone store to discuss my options. The sales advisor accessed my account and based on my usage, offered me a package with an upgrade to iphone4s from an iphone4. There were a lot of changes in the deal she offered me, and quite rightly she advised I think about it. Once home, and thinking about it, I went online to view the offer, assuming as its an iphone4s , the package she offered me would be there. It wasn't. So, I went on twitter to VodaphoneUKDeals, told them I couldn't find the deal I was offered and told them the deal, and that it was offered in a vodaphone store, I receive a reply that they cannot offer me the same deal? Meanwhile, my contract expires on March 18th .

Thanks for your post. I’m afraid we are unable to able to deviate from the online offers with the Apple iPhone packages.

 

The only way can look at different options was if you wanted to look into the option of Nearly New iPhones.
