The iPhone 4s packages are fairly standard, with same prices for new/upgrading customers - 12 month plans make a big difference to handset and monthly cost....get on twitter and message the online upgrade guys @vodafoneukdeals

Ok, so I'll try to answer some of those Q's...
When u hit your 12 months -
if you do nothing, you just go onto a rolling 30 days on your existing plan i.e. you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice (or upgrade at a later date)
if u upgrade to a new phone you commit to a new 12/18/24 month agreement (existing sim/number)
u can also move onto a "Sim only plan" i.e you can commit to up to 12 months at a reduced rate with your existing phone Link to Sim Only details

Thanks for your post. I’m afraid we are unable to able to deviate from the online offers with the Apple iPhone packages.
The only way can look at different options was if you wanted to look into the option of Nearly New iPhones.
