I got an email from online logistics today saying 2-4 weeks!

Yet Vodafone is telling us all 1-2 weeks if we ordered before 29th.

I also got told today they are getting stock on Friday, but then spoke to someone else and they said Tuesday.

Why cant someone in vodafone tell us whats going on! Getting a bit of a joke now!

Yeah i was told the same thing - ordered it yesterday and was told 7 to 10 days.

Just got email saying maybe up to four weeks???!!!!!

I went into my local vodafone store and ordered one on contract today and was told it would take 2-4 working days ....

I ordered the black one because he said they had them in stock whereas the white one was completely out of stock.

Would love to know what the real time frame is as I'm working and would need to try and get up to the store to pick it up

Getting no where! Spent all this time on Hold! Take it UK call centre's must call at 6 or something as i cant get anyone that speaks or understands english!

Just annoying that the chap in my Vodafone store said it would be at the store in 2-4 days.

4 times today ive phoned vodafone, each person has told me a different story! Ive written down each persons name and what department they are from!

Its getting a joke now!

I was on hold the whole time, and then 8:03 - we are closing due to an emergency please call back another time.

In other words we close at 8, and you have just waisted 20 minutes of your life! They online support team open at 9 so i will be on the phone to them to see what story we get told! I will keep this thread upto to date!

I wanted the white one, but because they said i would have to wait 2-4 weeks to get it i went with the black one because they said i would have it in 2-4 days.

If i gotta wait 2-4 weeks either way, i mas aswell of ordered the white one.

I ordered the black one in store on release date and am still waiting for delivery as well! I got told by customer services it would be here in 4 days and am still waiting... when I called back they said im looking at 2-4 weeks!!

It was funny, i called this morning, as you can see in my other thread and was told what the chap in store said was right, it would be 2-4 days.

I then called back with the postcode to the shop (Didn't Help) to be told im looking along the lines of 4-8 WEEKS!

Does anyone know when the credit check will be done? I've been with Vodafone for .. christ must be like 15 years, 10 of which have been on contract. I have 3 contract phones with them. Will a credit check still be done? Im assuming it will.

oh dear sounds like you had some great service then!! Mine is going home but the updates are a shambles! had an email today to say they are still working on my order?? do I interpret that as out of stock still? or they now have stock and are working to dispatch it?

Yeah the sales rep was terrible, really grumpy aswell, was terrible.

Weird thing is, he told me they had 50-75 black ones in stock after i ordered it so i would have it by Friday. So annoying!! lol

lol! well i got told to come back at 5pm (as thats when it is launched) and they should have stock in store! so I waited and returned at 5... then i was told they didnt actually expect to get stock and already had 6-8 people pre-register in store during the day!! If I had known that I would have ordered at 10 when I went in.... so anyone ordering between 10 and 5 obviously are ahead of me in the queue now!!
