Re: Early Upgrade

hi thre

if your within the last 70days of your contract you can upgrade overt the phone or in store

if your within the last 190 days of the contract you can upgrade on line

---------------

all you need to do is go to the Voda home page and on the right hand side it say 'upgrade my phone'

clink on the link and it'll take you to a screen to enter your details

providing your eligible it will then show you the defiferent deal you can get.

you'll  need to amke sure that your acc is up to date as it wont work if your overdue

Re: Early Upgrade

Welcome to the eForum Liam!

It's fantastic that Shinwar was able to answer your question for you. You'll find lots of users help eachother out here with information where possible too :smileyhappy:

I've sent an email down for you should you need a hand with an early upgrade. There are a couple of options available depending on the months of commitment you have left from buying out all or part of your remaining agreement to stacking extentions on top of your existing end date. I'm confident we'll find something :smileywink:

Cheers, Ben

Re: Early Upgrade

Shinwar, Ben, how comes my account says 70 days early to upgrade, but you say 190 days? I have seen this mentioned a few times but it doesn't seem correct?

Re: Early Upgrade

Shinwar/Ben,

When I ask to upgrade it says I can't. So i'm not within the 190 days. How do I find out when I can upgrade from?

Kind Regards

Steph

Re: Early Upgrade

I was wondering if someone could talk to me about early upgrades too, I really want an iPhone 4 but I don't know if I'm eligible and I don't want to have to buy out my contract and go on o2.

I am also within 190 days and would like an early upgrade, but the web site continues to state only 70 day.

Please can you help?

Re: Early Upgrade

Hi I have had the same problem I dropped my iphone but I had insurance with someone else long story short they couldn't fix it so I have contacted vodafone on numerous occasions today and all I get is different stories first I was told I can't upgrade till July 2012 that's wrong because my contract finishes in February then December then august  I explained this to them and all they offered me was to buy a £20 phone from there shop or buy my way out of the contract so I can upgrade ??? I thought the point of the early upgrade was because I can't afford to buy a good phone and I don't want I £20 phone I also thought vodafone would reward my loyalty as I have 3 lines with them and the bill comes in at £150+ every month can anyone help?? ionly have 7 months left in my contract
