Existing vf customer with new sim and iphone 4s

i've synced my new phone to itunes, icloud and have put in my new sim (which said it didn't need activating), however i have no signal or connection to vf.
How do i get this new sim working.

You will need to go to the vodafone store and have them activate your sim card.

Call 191 from your old phone and go through the options, they'll start the activation for you.

You can only use 191 option if your sim card numbr is on your paper work, if not you will need to go into the vodafone store to activate it or complete on-line on vodafone's website as this is for security reasons.
