Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help as I am getting a bit worried.

I ordered an Ipad on Thursday (28/6) over the phone. The person I spoke to said it would be delivered today between 8am-12pm and I would recieve confirmation and a tracking number.

My Ipad still hasn't arrived but I was never sent any confirmation or tracking number. I just rang customer serviced but I didn't fully understand what the customer service rep was saying to me, I think he said he didn't have a tracking number either?

Either way, I am getting slightly worried that the order wasn't placed and if it was, if it has been delivered to the right address.
