Ipad 2 Sim Card issues

Picked up my ipad 2 from Vodafone store lunchtime yesterday after ordering online.
I ordered the £27pm deal over 24 months but the ipad 2 arrived at the shop with a pay as you go sim.
The shop assistant did not pick up on this but after I mentioned it to her she gave me a different sim pack.
Basically it does not work. Just says 'no services' or 'networked is restricted'. It is now more than 24 hours later.
I am not sure if the new card has been linked to the account created when I placed my order?
Any help from a Vodafone rep would be appreciated?
Order number was o237427618.
PS The ipad itself is working correctly and wifi is also working.

Can I ask if your SIM has still not been activated?
If you are still having issues please reply to the email that I have sent to the address you have used to register with us, once we have your details we will be able to check that everything is set up correctly on the account and on network level for you.
