Ipad2 sim not provisioned

10 days after ordering 7 since receipt and still no service on my ipad2 sim. I think I've waited long enough for your 'systems'.
What do I do to get the service you appear able to bill me for but not provide?

Hi Tfuell.

You're right your iPad should have been activated a while back.

I can't see if this has been resolved or not, as I do not have your account details, but if you do still have any issues, just respond back to the email I've sent to your eForum registered address and I'll be in contact to assist.

Ipad2 sim not provisioned

this has happened to me also, just came home with my ipad, charged it up and the sim has apparently not been activated, though i watched the lady in the shop do this. cant return to the store as the lady on the phone told me to do as i dont live anywhere by the store, i got it on a day out so now i cant use it as the lady says it can only be activated in the same store.not happy!

Re: Ipad2 sim not provisioned

I encountered same problem. Have organised ipad2 for my daughter, took a plane to South Africa to hand it over, went to a local Vodacom shop and bought a micro sim card, got promised to be activated within 24h and now after 2 weeks and 3 more visits to the Vodacom shop still no internet access. Has nobody trained these guys how to do this??? Cheers - charly85551

Hi Charly85551 and welcome to the eForum to you too. :smileyhappy:

As this is the Vodafone UK forum and in your case your query relates to Vodacom, you’ll need to get in touch with them in order to get this resolved.

Thanks
