Have you been unable to unlock it since the last post yesterday?

Just in case I have chased this up again with our NUC team. It's more than likely that I wouldn't get a response over the weekend from them so I'll be back on with a response early next week. If it has been unlocked in the meantime please let me know.

Hi my problem is the same,now im gonna sound thick but i cant even find system restore on itunes,and my phone still says network carrier is vodafone,im using a brand new orange simcard,second one.do i have to do a reset on phone too,i have icloud switched on.

you need to connect the phone to itunes with a vodafone sim in the phone, although it does sometimes work with no sim, on the main screen for the phone in itunes two buttons should stand out "Check For Updates" and "Restore" you will want to click restore.

hi,done the restore but still nothing,i have got the details of the email from my brother now but a bit confused,the imei number on the email and the imei number on the phone under settings-about, does not match,confused.the date of the email is monday the 16th april.

I have the imei number on the box,the imei number on the phone,the reference number for the vodafone email,the email date and a copy of the email,please help

ok, so i asked my friend to see the email that he was sent, and akthough it confirmed an unlock had happened, it was the wrong IMEI number, how do i go about channging the IMEI number that was to be unlocked, or will my friendd be able to fill out a second unlock form from his number

The SLA on iPhone unlocks is 5-7 working days (which would be today). Can you pop the none Vodafone SIM into your iPhone and sync with iTunes?

hi, spoke to a pm on chat yesterday who said my phone would be sorted by oo.oo last night but plugged it in this morning at 5.59am and its still saying not supported and carrier is vodafone,day 8 now.

Hi.ok on day 8 now of waiting for iphone 3gs to be unlocked and still getting sim not supported message,did a restore as was advised and still nothing.spoke to a person on apple and they say maybe my unlock hasnt gone through as it should have been completed by now.i have email reference number.any help please.

Did you ever follow the instructions in Wayne's PM? I've searched all of Vodafone UK's email queues and can't find any emails from your registered eForum address.

Could you let me know the email reference number or the unlock request number so I can check on the progress?

Hi wayne,the email reference number is 451040,no nuc number was given,also imei number has changed from what it was originally,it has now been 9 days since confirmation email was recieved,hope you can help with this matter,i have been on the apple forum and i keep being told is to contact service provider,

Ok day 12 now i think and still locked with sim not supported message,any help please.

Day 14 and still locked,sent 2 emails with all the info had 1 reply on the 25th,with the info asked of me any help on what is happening with my problem please.
