The advisors are offline - isnt this a contradiction of terms - open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Tried 20 - 30 times in the day at night early hours 2am and 6am - always offline - cetainly not open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Why not lust have a queueing system so you know whats happening rather than an arbitrary one which doesnt work!

I telephoned Customer services regarding a second hand phone - which i am led to believe was on Vodafone. I did a checkmend report on the phone but it seems to be an issue in Japan/Korea. Customer services told me that I should talk to Apple as they run the database of IMEI numbers. I spoke to Apple who told me that it was the carrier who is responsible for the blacklisting and that I should talk to them. So I am trying to find out what the issue is and whether it can be resolved. The phone is not lost, stolen, insurance claimed etc. Can you help I have the IMEI which I am not sure if I should put on here. Thanks

You can remove content control online, through My Vodafone. Alternatively, you can call 191 and they can assist. Also you can pop into your local Vodafone Store with your passport or drivers license and the staff there can remove it for you.
In response to your second query, yes, Vodafone can unlock a phone that they supplied. If it was supplied on contract, the original owner will need to request the unlocking and there is a charge of £19.99 is the phone was supplied on contract less than a year ago.
