Hi, I notice that on the my Vodafone app under subscriptions it says that I have a tethering pack. I wasn't aware I had this and this isnt listed online on my Vodafone account, I reset the app (forget settings) and still comes up just wrondering what it is and if I do have it?

How much data allowance do you have on your contract?

My old contract was advertised as 1GB but actually had 500MB and then the tethering pack giving me an additional 500MB. This might be what has happened for you.

All iPhone plans for around a year (I think?) have included the tethering pack.

It's not something you pay monthly for, it's just that you can tether your phone (personal hotspot) for an additional charge of £5 per 500mb you use.

That's how mine have always shown anyway?

Yea I have 1gb and it comes up that. I got/should have 300min, unlimited texts and 1gb data

Started the contract July 2010, oh you saying that it just there incase I want to pay for it?

Yep just there just incase. The older tariffs have it so you can tether at a cost. The newer tariffs tethering is included in your data allowance so you can tether for free so long as you don't exceed your monthly data allowance.
