Hello, I've phoned many numbers & they have told be to hold or even told me that this is the wrong number. I keep topping up my phone to get a freedom pack but every time I have tried it's took my credit. I've switched my data off. It's really annoying me as first time it took £3, so couldn't get it! Top up again & it takes £6 in a space of a second! I thought is give it another go so that I can get in contact with friends family ect but it then takes another £2. It's really annoying me as I haven't got the pack & no one is helping me :Sad_face: lol!
