I need to request a network unlock but my phone was replaced by Apple last year so I need to give you my new IMEI. Who do I contact to sort this out please?
In my case, I got an email receipt from Apple when my iPhone was exchanged. Vodafone wanted a PDF or JPG of that email as proof of the exchange, which I sent and they accepted. No idea why I couldn't have just forwarded the email on to them...
daveyc - that used to be the way things were done but now it seems that the information needs to be provided directly by the company that did the exchange / swap.
Thanks for the info! I'm going into Vodafone tomorrow to upgrade my phone, I'm just hoping they can update my old iPhone imei at the store using the receipt proof so I can get it unlocked. Thanks for your help anyways.
