NUC iphone still no unlock

Requested a NUC for an iphone on my fathers account.  Submitted on the 10th of November and it still doesn't look to have been processed.  iphone synchronisedwith itunes with an O2 sim in it, still locked.  How can we check if Vodafone have sent the request to apple?
