Hi I ordered the new IPAD on Friday 16th I got a confirmation email on the 17th at 1027am saying it would be delivered to my previous address. Which I've not lived in for a Year. I immediately phoned and the customer service guy told me I would have to phone back when I received a second message saying it was dispatched. So they could call DPD and change the delivery address.He also changed my address to the correct one. I also received a text confirming my address change.
I received the dispatch text yesterday at 10.27 am so I phoned straight away and the customer service guy said he would leave a message for his manager to contact DPD about changing the dispatch address. He also said my address was still listed as my previous one so he changed it again. And I received a text saying my address had been updated again!!
I then got another text at 19.15 pm last night saying my order would be delivered to the previous address again.
So after an hour the phone this morning speaking to somebody who really didn't have a clue what I was on about.
I just receive another text from DPD saying it would be delivered to my previous address between 12.57-13-57 today.
Seriously i am pulling my hair out here. How hard can it be.
Can somebody from the vodafone forum team arrange for this to be fixed and contact me please.

This is why it is so important to keep your address up to date!
It becomes very difficult to change an address once the order has been processed, but you should be able to do it via the DPD website if you can obtain your consignment number.
Just go onto the website and put in the consignment number, there is then an option to change your address.

I realise this thats why i changed my address when i moved house. My Ipad2 got delivered to my current address so i dont understand it.
You cant change the address until you get left a card which i wont because i dont live there.
