New iPad network issue

Hi guys!!!! I'm new to the forum first post and all.. I have a new iPad 3G+wifi Had it for about a month now, when I first got the iPad I had no problems But now I am having the following problems; Only one or two bars for signal hardly any 3G If I use my iPad first thing in the morning there is no connection and get the "cannot connect.." message The Network speed is very very slow we're evere I go, When I first got the iPad my anpr setting were Internet etc.. And had super fast speed but since then I've been made to use wap.vodafone.co.uk Ive had a number of different Vodafone sims all changed and had the same problems I've even been to apple who have changed the iPad too! I've reset all setting and network setting etc The only way I can get the iPad to work the way it should is by turning it off and on again but I can't just keep on doing that, what's the point in paying a network if you are unable to use their data in the way you should Please someone guide me to what I can do to fix this Really need the iPad network to work for my work use
