New iPad - no service

Hi, new to this and first apple product, so apologies if I missed something daft! Got the New iPad yesterday afternoon with pay monthly sim. It still says "No Service" in the top left corner of the screen. Do I need to do anything to activate the sim? Regards Darren

You need to cal 08700 900191 to get your sim activated/confirm safe reciept
