New iPhone and no service

I bought this new iPhone on Sunday (14.09.14) and I transferred my Orange number onto this Vodafone one and I have had 'no service' since I started the phone up, the girl told me it could take a while to change numbers but it has been 48 hours now and I am wondering when I will be able to use my phone properly with texts and calls?!? Someone help please!! Laura x x

Hi. 48 hours is the maximum I've ever had to wait in the past. Just a suggestion but have you tried powering the phone off and then restarting yet. It's a simple fix that can help refresh you on the network after a recent change.
