I have been unable to connect to the internet since Wednesday evening, it just says no internet connection, when I go on app store, facebook or safari. Other members are reporting the same problem. Spoke to lady yesterday who said Vodafone were aware of the problem which is a network problem and they are looking into it, she also asked me whether I had trouble texting and if it started Wednesday evening. Still have the same problem today, rung up again and the guy I spoke to knew nothing. Please will someone sort this out, and inform all your customer service reps, not just a few of them!

Hiya, sometimes your phone may just need updating, if you are able to try selecting a non Vodafone network (it won't let you) and then reselecting Vodafone.
Are you able to send or receive a picture message, this uses same part of the signal as the internet and might help in working out what thie issue is

I have just checked our internal faults board and there is no mention of a fault in your area for these services. I have also checked your local cell site and that is working correctly.
I can see that you posted the same question on this other thread and Andy did guide you to our Network Issues thread, as we don't know what was discussed on the phone, can you please let us know the out come of from that thread and then we can then guide you from there.
