Got a problem with iPhone 4s which I've had for
3 weeks happens everywhere not just in one place have to switch phone
Off to get it workin again what a joke customer service is trying to tell me
It's normal iPhone 4 wasn't a problem
it also comes up with invalid sim / sim failure

Re: No signal

Where did you get the phone from? Was it second hand and could it be locked to another network? If not it sounds like the sim is broken. Get a new sim and if that doesnt cure the problem take the phone into an Apple store and get a Genius to check it out. As it is a 4S it will still be under warranty.

Re: Signal problems

Darellnix - it does sound like you have a problem with a faulty SIM card - have you tried the SIM in another handset?

Re: Signal problems

You can easily get an adaptor for a few pounds off places like eBay, Amazon or even Vodafone themselves. I would recommend testing the SIM card in another phone as this will help to narrow down whether it is a problem with the SIM card or the iPhone.

To rule out the possibily that the sim is faulty if you call into a Vodafone shop they can give you a replacement sim and activate it for you whilst you are in the store.

Or you can call 191 to request a replacemtn sim card.
