Not received any correspondance regarding unlocking

Hello I submitted an unlock query over 10 days ago however have received nothing to date from vodafone.

With the phone being Apple, this can take a little longer to come through.

I have done the same only to speak with the Live Chat agent (Mark) who said that the details of my phone could not be found in the queue.  I am furious about this as my new contract with a different provider is already running and I cannot use the new SIM.  This whole system is a joke and because it does not send you an email to say that vodafone have received the request and are processing we are all left hanging!!!  Sort it out Vodafone and please unblock my phone ASAP
